Poor service

I used this bus last week thursday from Pretoria to Butterworth with my sisters, their service is very poor. It was my first time using and ill never use it again. The bus was making noise buss number 188.they exchanged us at Johannesburg nd their driver were soo impatient and very unprofessional.
