Poor service

We were from Johannesburg from 7:30, and when we got to Heidelberg mall, we were just parked there. After a while we were told to get off the bus. Around 9:45 we started worrying.(as no communication was given to us)The rude driver came with an attitude asking who has a problem we said all of us. And he ask who has a bus ticket.one of the passengers gave to him. And he pointed the customer care number. And said that's where we can ask because he is only a driver. .we ask him to call he said it is not his duty to do that and he left us with no answers. We called the ***. There was no response.
