Poor service

We were suppose to be taking an Eagle Liner bus but unfortunately it was full so they told us to take Dube Tour bus which is currently faulty nd we been sitting in Harrismith since 12:00pm nd now it 15:40 I'm suppose to be in Durban by now. They're phone are.not being answer nd nobody it worried about us as passagers.
