Poor customer service

The bus is 40 minutes late without any notification. I then called and held for an hour and dropped the call to call again. Finally some very rude and arrogant consultant answer d with a stinky attitude.

This bus service needs to look at their customer service as it's very poor and hire professional people coz wow!!
