Poor call customer service and refund request

Today I had a worst service ever due to the fact that the manager is off. Now I wasn't able to reschedule for my ticket for the bus that was leaving today due to the long duration I waited on the call since 9:30am as they were experiencing high call volume. By the time they answered I were told that am late for reschedule that's their policy and when I explained the consultant chose to be emotional and hang up 3 times. As per the matter the company has one consultant that is handling calls. She is so rude and disrespectful. This company needs to hire more qualified candidates. To prevent business loss. As I were attending a ceremony today. All 13 family members we will be booking with a different company based on the availability. Never met so much *********** person and I want a refund.
