Pathetic service ever!

This bus operator doesn't deserve any positive star rating, they are pathetic! The bus came 1 hour late, they then overloaded their bus and was arrested in Pretoria (30 Sept 2018 10:00 am bus) and another 4+ hour delay. The driver and staff were rude and another passenger lost his luggage (another 1+ hour delay as they were busy trying to find the missing luggage). We managed to get to the border before 23.00 and left the border around 04:30. Please DO NOT USE THIS BUS!!!
