Pathetic service

I am Absolutely disgusted by the service from this bus which I had waited for from 9:25pm and only arrived after 12am with no communication 3hrs late and no help at all from the contact centre..definitely my 1st and last time with this bus..pathetic service that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone...the audacity to stop at a garage even after they were 3hrs late..bus stopped from 2am until 3:30am whilst the drivers were drinking coffees waiting for money to be loaded on the card as card kept on declining..so that we can travel again..I am never ever using this bus again I don’t even want to talk about the drivers rude!!
