Pathetic Service

I bought a ticket supposed to travel from Bloemfontein to Idutywa on the 15th of June 2019.The bus was supposed to depart at 00:55 that never happened it left at 03:15 after a struggle to get a bus that could accommodate me. Earlier on before I even left home I received an SMS alerting me that the bus was running out of schedule I left home in any case at 00:20. Many buses came and left and I would go to each bus to inquire because there were no announcements made. the drivers kept on telling me that my bus is on the way. I could see that there is no possibility that I would be travelling I asked one of the ladies helping with the list of the people at the door what was happening. She told me that buses are full I must go to the office to claim my refund. At the office it is clearly written "No Refunds" . There was a lady who seemed to be in charge of the whole situation I told her and she took my ticket and said she will make a plan. Seemingly there were a lot of people in the same situation where she was running around trying to negotiate with other companies to accommodate their people What a dis-organised Company. She came running saying there is a bus waiting for me outside not even telling me which one or taking me to the bus as there was a lot of buses since schools were closing. She told me that I would be swapping buses in Queenstown that did not worry me since it has happened before with City to City but in a professional way. Ultimately the bus left at 03:15. When we arrived in Queenstown I could see that nobody says anything to me and I inquired to my shock the two drivers told me that they were told by the white lady who put me in the bus they must leave me on the way as they were going to Umtata not Idutywa then I will see my way to the destination without any refund otherwise I must phone Bloemfontein office. They told me in no certain terms that they can not help me they just do as they are told. As plan B I called my sister told her what was happening and she told me to get off at the off Ramp going to Tsomo she will fetch me there all the way from Idutywa and it's quite a distance. When we got to Cofimvaba the next town after Queenstown the drivers told me to get off the bus and get into another bus that was going to my destination and I refused because I felt that it was enough abuse that I tolerated and my sister was on her way already to fetch me on the way to Umtata after Cofimvava. They left me on the way. This is how Eagle Liner treat it's passengers there is just no customer care, they are expensive and the bus is very uncomfortable with small chairs and they do not stop in proper places for toilets they stop in the middle of nowhere along the road which in my belief it's unhygienic. I will never board this bus in my life I think they take South Africans for granted. The bus Registration was HJ48RD GP. I wish South Africans can stop using these buses as there were a lot of passengers complaining in the same bus about the treatment they got in Park Station.
