PASSENGER COMPLAIN

I never experienced such disappointment in my life. I am still hurt even today. I lost my suitcase in the bus from Kokstad to Mthatha on the 10/10/24. I was from Johannesburg traveling from Inter City express and we changed to Eagle liner in Kokstad. I put my suitcase outside where we were instructed and I took inside the other bag, I rushed to the bathroom but on my way back the bus was leaving with my luggage. I reported to the inter city express driver as he was still there, he took me to city to city and gave me the bus driver's number, who is very rude and never responded or come back to my missed calls. I tried to call him again when I was at Tsolo and he did not even want to listen to me, saying I was not even suppose to have his number. He said is was arriving in Mthatha, I told him I am on my way to get my luggage. When I got there I only going the bag that was inside and he didn't even care about me. I went into the office, the lady said she sent the message to the office and the passengers who were on that bus will be sent SMSs. I still have not received any report from anyone.
