Nonku T K Eagle liner **** service

Hello fellow people: I bought 5 tickets from Johannesburg to umtata for my parent's at a cost of R730 from eagle liner bus services and they then decided with no consultation moved my whole family to Kalamazoo, I mean why would I pay for a loaf of white bread and be given a brown bread instead with no questions asked. I would like to advice everyone this is the most Pathetic and worst service to be rendered. And the call centre agent by the name of Mobu decided to break my call instead if sympathising with me she was so rud couldn't even give advice on to how I can take this matter forward. This is a bull **** treatment given and because most of our black people travelling with these buses don't know their rights, they are treated like **** , I am so angry and the only thing I have in my mind is for my family to arrive safely.l phone mother and i asked if they felt safe and the first thing she pointed out was that we have no safety belt's its like I'm using Putco bus we don't feel safe and its not even comfortable having to travel for 15hrs Johannesburg to mtata.
