No respect for clients

Booked a return ticket for 18:30 from PTA to PMB bus unfashionably late, drove to Joburg Park station and added even more time to their delay 2 hours later a driver comes in shouting at the passengers and telling them they should be begging him and that we as the passengers will sleep in Joburg cause he won’t drive.
