No arrival on time for bus

I booked a bus ticket for 23:40. At 01:30 I'm still sitting at Ultra City Polokwane. I phoned their offices and they kept saying they will call back and never did. After 3 calls of trying to find out the customer consultant eventually called back with the number for the driver Musiduri. I called him and he told me they were broken down in Midrand and don't know when they will be arriving! This is such an inconvenience because I am on route to Zambia and am running behind schedule. I'm stranded by this garage with luggage and am feeling so inconvenienced. Please help me sort out this issue as I'm sure it won't be the last time this happens. Financially this is a strain because it messes up my bookings in Zimbabwe and at the same time Taxi fares are now piling up because I must now pay for taxis that have extended their time waiting for me!
