New Small buses are cramped and uncomfortable

Today the 26th July boarded the bus in durban, the bus is smaller than the normal liner and it was not full however when the bus arrived in Pietermaritzburg it packed up to capacity, the bus seats are too small for the bus to be filled to capacity, one cannot even pass on the passage, imagine being squished on a seat uncomfortably for 7+ hours. The most uncomfortable ride I've ever experienced.
