Never Use Eagle Liner busses Ever!!!

On 14/06/18 I took an Eagle liner bus from Johannesburg park station to Mthatha. It took off at 18:30. The drivers were unprofessional, rude to passengers, the bus was overloaded as there were people who had no tickets and paid the drivers. As a result the back seat had to be occupied by passengers instead of being reserved for a relief driver to sleep. The drivers were intimidating the people when they complained about being squashed and uncomfortable. One of the drivers even threatened to physically remove a certain gentleman who did not want to shift so that the driver can squeeze himself where there was no open seat. The music plays so loud, you can hardly hear the person next to you or on the phone. The treatment in this bus was horrible. This was my 1st and last time using it and I would not recommend it to anyone, no matter how stranded you are.
