Never use eagle liner

The bus drivers are ok. I however find the ignorance of the customer care people and the people at the station offices appalling. They do not help you in any way. I needed to find out what what time a certain bus was arriving from bulawayo as I had someone I needed to pick up at park station. It was their first time in South Africa. It was already after the expected time of arrival. I phoned all offices and they kept insisting the bus had arrived yet the bus had not arrived because they were looking at the generic time table and not what was actually happening at the bus. It is so frustrating to deal with their customer care. Rather have people who know what they are doing. I kept asking the customer care person to call the driver of the bus and find out what time he expects to arrive and she did not understand me for a whole 7 minutes. Bus drivers are ok but please put people who care and who think to man your customer care and your offices. If u send someone on eagle liner and they don't know the place. Don't use this bus. U will be frustrated. My relative was coming from zip and they couldn't phone the driver to find out what time he will arrive
