Never Received My Refund

I filed a request for a refund on the 3rd of August 2026 and submitted all the paperwork I was requested but to-date no response. Their landline number seems not to work. Their WhatsApp channel works but the moment you file for a refund, you're told to wait for a consultant that never gets in touch.
