NEVER EVER BOOK EAGLE LINER BUS!!!! Save yourself the trouble.

They have the worst customer service ever. Their consultants are blatantly rude and they are not helpful at all. The bus left at 02:55am and I was right behind the bus, the bus did not even stop and it was suppose to leave at 03:15 am, the ticket says I must be there atleast 15mins prior the departure time and I was there at that time but the bus still left me behind. I called the customer service line. The consultant by the name of Nthaba, oh she was so unpleasant. Very unprofessional and very very rude. She told there is nothing she can do and she doesn't want to speak to me and she hung up the phone, I asked her if I can speak to the manager and she said no. The call cut and I called back, hoping another agent will answer, but still got through to her and as I was explaining, she cut me off so rudely by saying "OOOOH JUST CALM DOWN, CALM DOWN." I asked her is there any other stop, where the bus will stop and she said no, but all to find out, the bus is stopping at a nearby station but because she was so rude and cutting us off, we couldn't rush to where the bus is and it had already left. I called the customer service in the morning again, wanting to speak to the manager, and I was told I must call after 2. I called again after 2 and was told the managers are out and they will call me back. I am yet to receive that call. Maybe this behavior is condoned by the company itself because there has been no assistance thus far. They do not care about customer satisfaction and they have no respect for their passengers. The service is appalling. Very disgusting to say the least. What makes me angry is that I had booked 2 bus tickets and it's a dangerous area and I am with my 5 year old daughter but Eagle Liner, does not care and they are still rude. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS!!!!
