My uncle got missing using Eagle liner from Mtata to Joburg

Early March 2023 my Uncle traveled with the Eagle liner bus From Mtata to Johannesburg but he didn't reach his destination. The employees confirmed that he was in the but and I requested the bus and unfortunately my uncle has never been found. A case of a missing person was opend the investigating officer went to their offices in Joburg but no assistance was given to him. Customer service consultant and the supervisor are rude and they always hung up when I called. All I'm asking is to get clarity speak to the passanger that were on the bus on the day.
