My refund please

This was with intercity I booked a 11:25 bus from midrand to pietermaritzburg on 3 June 2024. But was told the bus will only arrive at 17:30 and I had to be at work by 19:00 I called and arrange for a refund. To cut the long story short no bus arrive I had to make ulternative transportation and I'm yet to get my refund I've got screenshots of conversation and emails with no luck for my money back
