Missing suitcase

So on the 19 April 2025 I took an Eagle liner bus from park station to Matatiele for my wedding the following weekend only to lose my suitcase full of my clothes, 2 white dresses, 1 traditional dress and my wedding hair this happened after the bus boot opened while it was in motion and all stuff were thrown out and my suitcase was never found, drivers and assistants claimed they told us to come check if all out staff were there and I didn't hear a thing, firstly I was not sleeping because it was very early just when we were about to offramp and take the highway from germiston, secondly I was sitting at the second raw from the back and lastly not everyone went out like they claim because I would have wondered and ask what's going on, I was advised to go to their office in the morning and I did exactly that the lady tried calling their head office with no luck, she called the drivers and they confirmed what happened sgeb then sent whatsapp message to head office with all my information and was given an email to send and explain what was inside my bag to this day I havent received any communication from this company.
