Missed My Bus

Eagle Liner horrible service, booked a bus from Nqamakwe to Pretoria today, only to find out the bus does not even stop at Nqamakwe, when booking the bus no one informed me of such, called the customer center to tell me to take a taxi to Queenstown which is an hour away.. Bare in mind the person is in the rural areas and needs to be in Pretoria for an interview, when i ask for a refund to book another bus i am told will receive it in the next 15 days, so basically i have missed job interview because i was not informed the bus doesn't stop at Nqamakhwe, i am absolutley disappointed, then when asked to speak to the Manager she hung up on me, her name is Tinswalo ... Disgusting Service this Bus service should close down.
