****mers - worst service ever

I bought Eagle Liner bus tickets online for 3 people departing from Engcobo, EC to Cape Town, WC. According to the tickets the bus was scheduled to depart at 15:15 at Total Service Station Engcobo. At 11am we were at the station and we were told Eagle Liner does not stop nor pick up any passengers from there. I called the Eagle Liner customer care number with no luck, after several attempts i called Computicket and spoke a lady by the name of Fiona and narrated the story to her, she was not of any help to me, she transferred my call to Eagle Liner customer care after i told her i have made attempt to contact Eagle Liner with no luck. I then asked her to give me the number she's transferring me to so i can re-attempt to call again or take my number and call me back should the call cut, she refused.

After making further contacts with Computicket i was then told is go and wait for the bus at Cofimvaba, we proceeded as advised and arrived there at 12:45. the said departure time of 15:15 passed with no show of the bus, an hour later an Eagle liner bus arrived and we were told it's not going to Cape Town but Johannesburg, we must wait a Cape Town bus is on the way. 2 hours later at 18:23 to be exact another Eagle Liner bus arrived at Cofimvaba and the driver said the bus is going to Johannesburg and ow it was already dark. At 20:30 we realised there's no Eagle Liner bus coming we had to make alternative arrangements which had very serious financial implications as we were rushing for work the following day.

So all in all the Eagle Liner bus that we booked and paid for did not provide the service we paid for we were left stranded and had to dig deep into our pockets to get home.
