Luggage replacement

I made a claim with the Eagleliner bus company on the 29th of Dec 2019. They promised to pay me back R500 for my luggage. Since then I have been making a follow up getting different stories everyday. Plz do help me it's now 8months waiting. Im tired of their stories I need my money now
