Lost my suitcase&my bag

Doesn’t deserve a star ,someone stole my suitcase &my bag this bus ,which had all my belongings including all my documents & ID . Later that person threatened me to send 500 cash if I still want my things mind you I’m a student where was I supposed to get that money?I reported this matter bt didn’t get help.
