Lost luggage and poor follow-up by Eagle Liner

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eagle Liner during my trip from Johannesburg to Durban on the 23 September 2026.

Upon arriving in Durban, I discovered that my luggage was missing.i immediately reported the matter to Eagle Liner staff and was assisted by a consultant.The consultant assured me that an SMS would be sent to all the passengers who travelled on the bus to help locate my luggage. However,after following up with my family members who travelled on the same bus, I confirmed that none of them received any SMS from Eagle Liner. This suggests that promised action was never take.

The loss of my luggage has caused me great inconvenience and frustration.What is even more disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-through from the company regarding my complaint
