On the 2nd of December I bought a ticket from Cape Town to king William stown for the 9th of December 2022. Today I went to the bus station and I was early, I was told that the bus is over booked. The depot manager was rude and and was not helpful at all. The manager ask us to book a tomorrow bus and the is space. I ask the cunsultant to book for me and she told me the bus is full.
