Life threatening-not road worthy , Rude staff, full of ****roaches

Worst experiance ever, life threatening buses , unprofessional staff. I took an Eagle liner bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Sunday the 3rd of October 2022. The bus was scheduled for 1pm but only departed 2 hours later to breakdown less than 100km from Parkstation. A replacement bus came which was also not in a good state, it broke down in Laingsburg and i decided to take another bus. The driver didnt have any communication skills , no updates no apology he also played victim. He even said they dont care about online reviews because they dont take them out of business. I just wish them well but what we experianced was very traumatic and unpleasant.
