Late and driver delaying trip for over time

I bordered the Eagle line bus 23 around 6 it was already 2 and a half hours late, 30kn from parkstation the bus started burning and we were stranded for 4 hours until 10 we then proceeded and arrived around 8 at musina we continued and as I speak we haven't even reached south African border we have been sitting here for 12hours and the driver doesn't want to change lanes, there's a bus called Mzansi it departed in Johannesburg today and it's already over taken us and the eagliner that left today has also over taken us. The driver is rude and doesn't care about moving as he said to some of the passengers that he wants over time. Disgusting service
