IRRISPONSIBLE Addict allowed in EAGLE LINER BUS

I am currently not happy in the bus that I am on with an intoxicated passenger and the driver is not doing anything about it and worst part is that this person is traveling with 2 young girls whom he is supposed to look after in the state that he is in....can someone please reach out with a number to contact the complaints department. He is even smoking inside the bus and still nothing gets done about it.
