Iost luggage

This has to be the worst transport service company. I used this bus from Johannesburg to Bloem yesterday and because we don't get tags to verify our luggage my luggage was taken by someone else. It has all my essential documents that brought me to Bloem now lm stuck with no assistance, their call center agents Unathi and Glenda could not even empathize and show concern.
