*INTERCITY STALLING TO REFUND ME *

On the 6th of January 2024 I went to Bossman Station to council my trip to Durban that was to happen on the 9th February 2024, I was told that I was gonna get my refund after 20 days , I had send multiple whatsapp messages with no luck , I tried to call them they are sending from pillar to post 😢 all I need is my refund pls pls pls.
