Intercity express worse bus service ever

The worst and most unprofessional service ever.

We had a trip to Mossel Bay last week Friday morning and had to get a bus from Paarl 6:45 am . We live in Worcester so we booked the only early economic bus intercity express which is part of Eagle liner . Paid R500 for a 30min bus trip that was supposed to be at pick up point 5:20 and leave 5:40am . The bus never pitched , tried every possible communication method available to reach out and find out where the bus is, around 6am we made alternative arrangements to get to Paarl to make connecting bus at additional cost. Just before 7am the whatsapp customer service rep**** and requested ticket numbers to check and then confirmed the bus is on its way which is ridiculous as by that time we would have missed our bus in Paarl. I then rep**** its too late and requested refund on whatsapp and customer service email, to date no response not even a confirmation.
