Intercity express is it actually Eagle Liner?
I have been trying to buy my tickets for five days at shoprite and checkers but the bus system is offline, so then I tried online and booked my tickets. Online the system is unclear as to how to make payment, so I phoned the number on the website for indication and when phone the number its says the number is not in use dial another number. It's costed me more than R30 airtime to get hold of someone who can give me information. Only to find them and to my surprise I booked Intercity but the number given is Eagle liner and Patricia answer and informed me to go to PEP or Ackerman. On my arrival at PEP the pay @ system gives an error that the pay@ reference number is invalid, I then moved on to Ackerman where I received the same information. Then I went back online I booked again and this time I was able to processed to payment option and I paid and money out of my account. I requested for eagle liner to email bus tickets, it passed 12hrs no email received. I phoned the Eagle Liner and they told me they will send an sms, 12 hrs later no sms received. The bus is to leave today the 13th July at 11h45 still no indication from Eagle Liner that the payment has been received I'm good to go.
