Intercity Express Bus complaint.

I bought a ticket to travel from Johannesburg to Durban. Departure time was 8h45, the bus only left Park Station at 10h15. The expected time of arrival was 15h30, it's now 8h05 pm and the bus ia stuck in the middle of nowhere. Their call centre is not responding. The driver has been promising the passengers that a mechanic is on the way. I do not recommend this bus company to anyone, they do not take the safety and wellbeing of their passengers seriously.
