InterCity Bus service is NOTHING compared to what they advertise they are all about

We bought return tickets in December for 5 people to travel. 2 people couldn't make the trip. We requested a refund TWO DAYS after purchase...TWO MONTHS have gone by and when we call regarding our refunds we are told the refunds are pending OR we don't get through at all. I have whatsapped the service today and was told the same...the tickets are pending refunds and when I ask when we can expect a refund,they went completely silent. InterCity is pathetic is delaying our refunds. I'm positive they are hoping we forget about all four tickets,which is unlikely.
