Intercity Bus poor service

Booked Intercity bus for my family, which I paid R950 for a ticket and I bought 9 tickets. This bus is suppose to be luxury as per our tickets. The bus is so dirty, the toilet was stinking vrot. You should be ashamed cause PE was your first pick up point and when we got in we could just smell the toilet. Aircon was not evens working. So this service is what you see as luxury. For 15hours we have to sit in this toilet smell. This is not on.
