Inhuman conditions...worst bus ever

Hello,

I have traveled on the eagle liner on the 15/03/2020 from johannesburg to Newcastle , we changed busses in Heidelberg.

This was my first and last experience ever with eagle liner I will not be taking this bus again.

The standards of service and hygiene is unacceptable.

I have always traveled with greyhound but because there was no alternate bus I decided to take eagle liner.

The following was the conditions of your busses.

Seats were filled with dirt and dust Floor was dirty Curtains were brown instead of blue that's how dirty they were Seats were broken

I have attached images for your reference.

People had to cover their faces and clean their seats before sitting considering the corona virus is in south Africa with so many cases I would have expected better hygiene.

This is inhuman conditions for anyone to travel in and I will never consider this bus again and will inform the public of this

no one should travel in such conditions.
