Ineptness at its best!

I've been trying to cancel my ticket for two days with no success. On the WhatsApp number they are tremendously slow to respond and I sent a notification on their website with no response! I can cancel up to six hours before which is soon and all I get is silence! I guess I can forget about this money! NO NO NO NO NO NO!
