*********** bus service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bus that I took today firstly I understand that I have paid less but i know for a fact that i deserve more than a filthy and not roadworthy bus especially if I'm the first person on the bus at yam.

Firstly the bus overheated under an hour after leaving the Johannesburg Park Station we had to wait for the driver and his conductor to fix it then to cover the time we spent fixing the bus the speed was high which made the trip horrible. Secondly the driver keeps stopping to pick up people who are hitchhiking on the road I suppose to make extra money as if that was not enough for us to use resteooms we stopped at a ***** place in standerton to releave ourselfs a ****** tavern the restrooms were just as ***** and filthy as the bus or does your company have no regulations on where the bus stops?! It escalated to a flat fire which we are currently still using to get to where we're going,people at the tavern warned the driver about it but he paid no attention to it.We stopped at volksrust because the driver has no spare wheel or any other means to fix the bursted tire

I have had the most horrific and terrific experience today going from Johannesburg to Kzn and I would like to make it clear that I will have people investigate on this issue if nothing is done about it asap because Eagle liner is putting our lives at risk.
