Incompetence at its best by Eagle Liner

Booked a ticket on the Eagle Liner online platform for Departure at 9:00pm from Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria. Various busses came and went and in each bus there was no seat for me. Office staff was rude and was very apprehensive and blamed us for booking the tickets online. Long story short we had to wait 2 and a half hours for a bus to arrive.

During this waiting time we called the customer care number repeatedly with no answer. I would never recommend this to coach line to anyone.
