Ill disciplined drivers

Its the second time using Eagle Liner Nd iv had to wait 2 hours on both occassions for the bus to arrive. I called the call centre on on both occasions, slow to respond and give you upto date information.

They always don't know where the bus or how far the bus is.

Its useless, they must just close down because what is the point of paying money for bus that is always late and they do not communicate with the passengers about it.

I will tell everyone I know to never use it.
