If the rating start at 0

Coming from Cape Town and there was no flights available for Durban. I had to take a flight to Joburg and decided to take a bus because taking another flight to Durban was not making financial sense for me. Wish I listened and took reviews seriously 😟 I’ve been sitting for over 3 hours in park station, worse I’m not feeling well. Bus is 2 hours late already and still sitting. Now at 00:05 I’m in the bus with no rest room🫨🥺😫 you guys seriously have no disregard for your clients. We can’t be paying so much money to be treated like this…
