I was ****med my refund.

I booked 3 return ticket on 4th of February 2026, next morning I canceled it because they canceled the meeting. The lady that was assisting me said I must wait for month end of Feb, month end the guy said I must wait for month end of March again March they said this week won't end today is Friday no money. They ****med me R1300😭. When I call them today they don't answer.
