I want my refund

I booked eagle liner from Matatiele to Johannesburg for today... I received a msg around 16h00 when the bus was scheduled to depart at 17h00, the message said that i will be boarding intercity express at 18h45 which is a huge inconvenience, when i communicate with them that i have to reschedule due to their delay, i was told that im supposed to make changes 3 hours prior.... That's nonsense, they were supposed to inform me of the changes 3hours before so that i was able to do the rescheduling.... This eagle liner / intercity express is full of nonsense.... Anyone who would use their services, just know u will be taking a huge risk.... Last month my sister travelled the same route with intercity express, the bus was stopped several times to pour water on the tyres coz apparently they were overheating.... Jesu,.....
