I want my refund

I booked a return bus on the 27/11/2024 to travel on the 28/11/2024 when I arrived at the station I was informed that the bus has been cancelled and I should go to the place where I had made the booking and ask for a refund,I went to Shoprite and they gave me Eagle liner’s contact and told me to call and ask for my refund.I called a thousand times my call kept on being rejected till today no communication no refund nothing.Worst service ever imagine I lost my sister and I could not bury her cause of this and now they are not giving my refunds
