I want my refund!!!!!!

Eagle liner has the worst customer service ever!!!! I requested for a refund on the 28th of December 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund. I tried reaching out to them and their line of service is poor as usual. Agents leave you unattended, not to mention the amount of airtime I have wasted trying to contact them. I’ll never ever book with them again.
