I want my money, the bus did not show up

I booked a bus from Makhado(Safari Motors) to Pretoria at 03:20am on 21 September 2015. I was at the pick-up spot 45 minutes before with my wife and waited for 40 minutes after the departure time and when i called to ask about the whereabouts i was told the bus is stuck at the border. I waited for a further 45 minutes and called again but was told the driver never stopped at Makhado therefore another bus will pick me up but they were not sure what time the bus would be picking me up. I then took my wife's car and drove to Pretoria to avoid being late for work because i could not wait for a bus that even the operator is not sure when is it arriving. Now tell me why was my credit card debited for this disgusting service and i have called twice to complain and my issue is still not resolved and each time i am promised that i will be called back I want my money and should this not be resolved i will splash it on social media.
