I WANT MY MONEY

On the 15th of January 2024 I booked a bus from Uitenhage to Johannesburg, just 2 hours before departure time I received an sms that the pick up location has been changed to Uitenhage Mall. I went there at around 18:00 and waited for a bus that was supposed to pick me up at 18:40 as per the booking. NOTHING, at 18:54 another bus came and that gent advised that he is going to Cape town but I must wait, he mentioned that the bus is probably delaying. We waited until 19:40, I kept calling the call center and the phone number was engaged, I tried the what's app number and they did not respond until the following day and whoever was on the line asked me how come other passengers were picked then after they stopped responding. I sent an email and Patricia asked for the ticket number and never responded again since Friday the 17th. All I want is my money back,
