I want my money back

I booked a ticket on the 16th of December for the 17th ..the bus was to depart from idutywa to park station ' the bus arrived but didn't pick up the passengers due to strike that took place between bus drivers and the taxi owner's, well we ended up using taxi because they did not allow the busses to take people. I call the eagle liner customer care same time after the incident they confirmed with the driver...I am writing this message because I am struggling to get my money back even today...their staff is *********** ' the one I spoke to today( the colored lady) was very rude and the other guy was busy laughing...
