I need my refund from Eagle Liner Bus service.

terrible service i received from Eagle Liner, i bought a ticket on the 19 January 2026 of R831 for two people and cancelled it the same day. They have been stating that i must wait for 30 days for my refund since January till to date. Supervisor is always on Lunch when i request to speak to them. My Ticket number is STCWW9U02.
